Access
Rings are set by what you actually do with the goods, not by how much you buy.

Your ring decides what you see.

Every brand opens the rings it trusts for a given lot. A brand protecting its own retail prices will open rings 1 and 2 and leave the rest closed. That is why access is granted rather than bought.
1
Discount retail, own stores, EU
Requires proof of your own stores.
2
Outlet / off-price, branded
Physical outlets, label stays on. Where most vetted buyers sit.
3
Wholesale / stocklot EU
Resells within the EU, often on to smaller retail.
4
Online marketplace resellers
Price becomes visible online, so fewer brands open this ring.
5
Export outside EU
Invisible in the brand’s home market.
6
Kiloware / recycling
By the kilo or for recycling. Last resort.

Spot the lots worth your time.

How bidding works

Four steps, and you can stop at any of them.

You are invited.Lots are not browsable by default. When a brand publishes to your ring you get one notification with the full lot record attached.01
You bid once, sealed. One amount for the whole lot. You never see the other bids, and they never see yours. No bidding war, no last-minute rounds.02
The brand decides. They see your amount and “verified buyer, ring 2, DE”. Nothing else. They can also decline every bid and keep the goods.03
You pay and collect. On acceptance the deal opens: a named contact, a pickup window, the documents. Transport and collection are yours to arrange.04
What you pay
The amount you bid, plus VAT and the buyer fee, through a licensed payment institution. The money stays there until the goods are released. Transport, collection and anything after that are at your cost.
What buyers ask first
“Why can’t I just browse everything?”
Because a brand decides per lot which rings may see it. An open catalogue is exactly what makes brands destroy stock instead of selling it. Your ring is your access, and it is reviewed yearly or whenever your channels change.
“How do I know the condition is real?”
Every lot carries photographs taken to a fixed brief: pallet as listed, size run, condition detail. Counts come out of the seller’s own warehouse system, not a sales sheet. If what you collect does not correspond to the record, the deal is reversible.

Apply once. Get invited from then on.
